Via the babelport.com web site you can communicate and even establish business relationships with colleagues, agencies and direct clients. In order to ensure quality work and good payment practices we have created a rating system for language professionals and their customers.

If you are a language professional and have worked for a certain agency that is a member of babelport.com please make sure you share your experiences with others. Simply go to the link Community --> Freelancer and Agency Ratings and follow the instructions given on this page. It is important to provide as much detailed information as possible. The agency or outsourcer you have rated will be notified about the rating and is free to answer to your evaluation. This should not keep you from sharing any negative experiences you might have made. Sometimes it even helps to publicly criticize an outsourcer to finally make him/her pay your invoices. BUT ONLY RATE OUTSOURCERS YOU HAVE INDEED WORKED FOR! DO NOT STATE ANY HEARSAY INFORMATION!
