I am a Hungarian native who has lived in the US for 20 years (visiting Hungary regularly, sometimes for extended periods). I have BA's in English and French (ELTE, Budapest, Hungary) and postgraduate education in English (Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA).
I am an active member of the American Translators Association - and certified by the ATA both ways between English and Hungarian. I won first place in the 1980 Hungarian National Language Competition in English.
I have extensive translating experience (20+ years) in the fields of business, banking, legal and legislative documents, technology, science, patents, video transcripts, literature, journalism. I also translate into and from French (paired with either English or Hungarian). I translate to strict ATA standards, deliver high quality work - always on time. References are available. |
